It looks like December will be raining curvy cover girls. Fellow curvy girl Jessica Simpson graces the Lucky Magazine's December issue in a sequin Gryphon New York Dress. Jessica is no stranger to snagging covers of magazines and has been on the cover of Lucky a few times. In the December issue Jessica is opening up about her weight gain, her ginormous and lucrative empire, and she talks about her wedding.
As we all know Jessica has always been a target in the media when it comes to her weight. She is naturally a curvy girl and embraces it off and on. Lately there have been rumors that she is pregnant and that's what has caused her recent weight gain. Jessica has confirmed that she is pregnant.
One of the things Jessica talks about in her interview is how her weight gain has affected her fans. She says that women have actually commended her for not being this crazy diet psycho. I guess no Weight Watcher promos for Jessica.

On why she ditched the ideal celebrity figure:
“I like the way I look.”
On her feelings toward her recent weight gain:
“Everybody fluctuates, but I’m open about my weight and I’m still confident,” says Jessica. “I didn’t cry about it too much.”
On how her altered figure has affected her brand:
“I got so much scrutiny for putting on extra pounds, but I think that the decision not to make myself anorexic was actually great for branding. Because when you’re really, really skinny, not everybody can relate to you.”
On how her fans reacted to her weight gain:
“All kinds of women started coming up to me and saying what an example I was setting by not constantly dieting.”
On the importance of being involved in her brand:
“If it has my name on it, I want my stamp of approval to be on it I want to keep my customers coming back. So it’s going to be important to me in these next years to stay focused on the collection.”
On her role in creating the Jessica Simpson empire:
“I do the fun part,” says Simpson. “and I let them stress about the details.”

I don't care who has babies from who. I'm not a fan of kids but I do like her shoes.
