Kicking off Stylish Curves of the day for the new year is Venessia from Mississippi. When it comes to embracing her curves, here's what Venessia has to say:

My name is Venessia and I am a Mississippi native. I learned to embrace my curves in college and started blogging to help inspire other women with curves to learn to work their curves.

My blog consists of everything from club looks to everyday looks. I style my outfits with affordable brands because I know every curvy girl doesn't have a huge budget to work with.

I would be honored to be featured on Stylish Curves because you were the first blogger I ever saw that was chocolate like me and that really made the blog experience more personal for me :)

 If I had to describe my style I would describe it as modern chic with edge. I gravitate towards colors and prints. Fashion is my art and clothes are my paintbrush.
