Hey curvy girls all over the world,
It's been awhile since we've done outfit ideas. I've decided to bring them back on the regular because I get so many emails of people asking what to wear for certain events. We are going to kick off the return of the feature with the upcoming 4th of July holiday.
We've put together 3 looks with the red, white, and blue color scheme to help inspire your 4th of July outfits.
Take a look
Our first look is all about the peplum top from Dorothy Perkins and white skinnies which you can get a pair in plus at Torrid. Play up the red and white with cobalt blue accessories. You can go for a sexy heel or a pair of pointed toe flats. Top your look off with a structured bag, white watch, and glossy red nails.
Our second look is for the girlie girl who loves a fun dress. This look is perfect if you're going on a boat ride or out for dinner and drinks. Keep your look chic and fun with a striped full skirted dress, white clutch, charm bracelet, red sunnies, and a pair of star earrings.
A romper is super cute and easy to wear. We love this red one from Dorothy Perkins. Go for a carefree yet pulled together look by pairing a bright colored romper with a white structured bag, peeptoe platforms sandals, and a pair of printed sunnies. Balance out the look with gold accessories.
For the casual girl, a simple and comfy look is all you need to get into that 4th of July spirit. Denim cutoff shorts from Old Navy and a basic white tee will have you looking crisp and barbecue in the park ready. Again, have fun with accessories and to punch up the denim shorts and tee, you should go for a classic pair of converse with an American flag print.
Hopefully, one of these looks have inspired you to recreate at home or to mix and match to create your own unique ensemble.
What do you guys think?
