We are back with another stylish curves of the day feature. This sophisticated lady is Georgette and when it comes to embracing her curves here's what she has to say:

There was a time I didn't embrace my curves and how I dressed reflected this. After having major surgery in November 2011, my life changed for the better.

 I began the journey to loving myself and my body. I threw out all my baggy and unflattering clothes.

 I vowed to only wear clothes that highlighted my best features and made me feel wonderful. The decision to start a blog was a huge step to chronicle my journey. 

 For the first time I'm having fun with fashion and feel great about stepping out of my comfort zone. I love color and wear it as often as possible. 

 My family and friends are so supportive of me and my journey. I would describe my style as a mixture of classic pieces with a trendy twist on them.

 Learning to love myself has been the best thing to ever happen to me. If I encourage one person to embrace who they are, then my work is done!

Thanks Georgette! I love your use of color. You have a sophisticated style that's fun and flirty. I see that we have two items alike. I may have to breakout my Michael Kors snakeskin skirt again.
