ALISSA OF STYLISH CURVES WILL BE WALKING THE RUNWAY AT THE BLOGHER 2012 CONFERENCE

Hey curvy girls all over the world,
I am beyond elated to share with you some AMAZING news. I will be putting my  love of heels to good use because I will be strutting down the runway at the BlogHer 2012 conference. Yes, I will be getting my Naomi Campbell walk on. I've been keeping this a secret from you for the past few weeks. I finally got the OK yesterday to share the news with my readers.

It will be myself and a few of my personal fave bloggers participating in a fashion show that will be hosted and STYLED by my fairy blog mother, Editor at Large for BlogHer and founder of The Budget Fashionista, Kathryn Finney. We will be modeling selections from a variety of sponsors which include 6pm.com and our faces are going to be beat by makeup artists from Elizabeth Arden.

This fashion show is going to be serious and I am ridiculously excited and honored to be part of it. Back in the day, I used to dream of being a runway model but gave that up. It's funny how things come full circle and years later this opportunity came my way.

If you are attending the BlogHer conference in NYC next week, I would so looooove if you could come to the fashion show on Saturday August 4th to support me. I am really walking down a runway and I'm a little nervous so I need all the support I can get to do an amazing job.
