Hey curvy girls all over the world,
Although its still insanely hot in NYC, the humidity has calmed down. I was finally able to put jeans on again. To embrace the low humidity and super high temps, I went for a colored denim and leopard print combo.
I love this light weight airy leopard print top because it's loose and it keeps me cool. It's also the kind of top that I would call my eating good top. It's loose around the waist so I don't have to worry about my hero of a tummy poking out. Part of embracing my curves doesn't mean I always need something body skimming. I love an over sized top or dress just as much as I love a body con piece.
I know there are plus size women who are afraid of anything that is slightly over-sized but to balance an over-sized top you can go with a more fitted bottom. I thought the leopard top would go perfect with my red skinnies. It's a casual sexy kind of combo. My black patent and sued slingbacks pulled the look together.

This might be a bit too much but what kind of bra are you wearing with that top. I need a good strapless bra and have had issues finding one that is supportive.
