STYLE JOURNEY: AT THE OFFICE IN AN ARMY GREEN VEST

Hey curvy girls all over the world,
Happy hump day! Normally, I'm sad to see summer go and try to prolong it as much as I can. However, it's kind of hard to do that this year because the weather has been so cool and beautiful. It has put me in the fall spirit.

And when I am in the fall spirit all I want to do is shop and bury myself in magazine reading. One thing I try to do for fall is re-work my office attire. I try to mix and match casual pieces with my classic work pieces.

Today, I just had the urge to wear my green vest that I bought last year at Old Navy. I wanted to create a look that was youthful yet professional so I belted the vest over a black jersey pencil skirt and a basic white cotton blouse.
To punch things up a little, I added my leopard print strappy sandals and to secure the professional element of this look, I chose a black structured tote.  I also have been playing around in lipsticks and tried out a dark berry color called black cherry. It has a vampy look to it.

What do you guys think?

What I'm Wearing
Vest: Old Navy
Shirt: Foxcroft (gifted)
Skirt: Forever21
Shoes: Carlos Santana
Bag: London Fog
Bracelet: Dots
Watch: Michael Kors

You look lovely darling. Love the spice you added to this look with the shoes and the wide belt. I absolutely love the vest..I have it and I must say, I get soooo much wear out of it.
