Hey curvy girls all over the world,
So yesterday was day 2 of fashion week and luckily for me, I only had two shows to attend and they were in the late afternoon. I was only able to make one of them which was Erin Barr because she was wayyy too far away from Lincoln center. That's the only annoying part of going to shows that are not at Lincoln center or even near it.
The weather this season is so muggy, humid, and warm that its hard to stay cool. All this week, I kept my hair in a low ponytail and just rocked a bold lip. Right now, I am back on my red lip phase. I had planned on doing another blazer combo but I just couldn't deal with being too hot. Instead, I opted for something romantic, feminine, and billowy. Simply Be once again sponsored this outfit. I had been eyeing this Frock & Frill Lace trim dress since the beginning of this year and Simply Be gifted it to me.
The dress has a slip under it but it still was very sheer so I had to wear another slip under it to make sure my goodies weren't exposed. The dress was a star on its own so I decided to go for my usual accessories, chandelier earrings, gold cuff, and my MK watch.
For shoes, I rocked my new strappy patent and leopard print platforms from Carlos Santana. Shout out to Cece from Love Brown Sugar who I ran into at the Erin Barr show for taking pics of my shoes and accessories.
What do you guys think of Day 2's look?
