WORD ON THE STREE: ROBIN LAWLEY IS THE NEW FACE OF RALPH LAUREN CAMPAIGN, ADELE TO CREATE PLUS SIZE LINE FOR BURBERRY, MAYBE?

Hey curvy girls all over the world,
Happy Sunday! This morning we have so serious good news to hit the plus size fashion industry and we couldn't be more excited.


Last week there was much speculation that Adele has been tapped by Burberry to create their very first bespoke line for plus size women. Say what! Yes, you heard us right. Adele has worn the iconic designer brand to red carpet events like the Grammy's and so it makes perfect sense that she would team up with the design house. For those of you who may not know Burberry actually goes up to a size 16. You will find more 14's than a 16 but size 16's do exist. Burberry has not confirmed if this is true or not so until we hear from both Adele and Burberry this collabo will be labeled hear say. If it is true, this will be a landmark collaboration.

Next up, legendary designer label Ralph Lauren who is no stranger to plus size clothing has signed the currently popular Robin Lawley has the face of his new campaign. With the exception of Crystal Renn, it's been awhile since we've seen a plus size model spearhead a major label campaign. This is not only good for 23 year old Robin's career but this hopefully opens the door for more plus size models to snap major campaigns. This is a good look for Robyn.
